Potash Markets on State Street is proud to present our new collection of craft hot sauces. From fruity, easy going sauces, complex chocolate hot sauces, to blow-your-socks-off HOT hot sauces, This collection is sure to have something to intrigue any hot sauce connoisseur. Here is a quick spotlight of a few of the sauces we have on offer right now:

 

 

 

 

Secret Aardvark

Secret Aardvark Trading Co. was founded in 2004 by creative and culinary genius Scott Moritz. His love of travel, surfing, making music and telling stories was matched only by his passion for discovering the flavors of the world. He began hocking sauce at Portland farmer’s markets which led to some major hometown success. Look for their Habenero Hot Sauce, Drunken Jerk Jamaican Marinade, Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce, Spicy Mayo, and Serrabenero Green Hot Sauce.

 

 

 

Palo Alto Firefigher Sauce

Palo Alto Firefighter Lee Taylor has been growing peppers in the fire station backyard since 1994. After each harvest he would make his famous and zesty pepper sauce- which quickly became a hot commodity.

 

 

Previously available only to firefighters in Palo Alto- now you to can enjoy the fiery taste of Lee's Pepper Sauce. Using the highest quality ingredients, Lee has crafted the simplest ingredient list (it's easy to pronounce everything) into a complex, full flavor sauce that stands on it's own or plays well with other foods. Try their regular, habanero, and XXX ghost pepper sauces.
