Now that it’s summer, local produce is finally here in abundance. If you’re having a dinner party this weekend, take advantage of all of the fresh cherries, peaches and blueberries at Potash Markets and impress your guests with a fabulous fruit pie that you made yourself!
Pies aren’t as hard to make as they might seem. If you’re pressed for time, buy a pre-made pie crust in our frozen food department. Or, if you want to make the entire pie from scratch, we’ve included a recipe for a delicious flaky crust.
