Julia Child 100 Year Anniversary of BirthIt was 100 years ago that Julia Child, legendary television chef with a big pearl necklace and an even bigger penchant for butter, was born.

Julia Child was an American who fell in love with French cooking while she was living in Paris with her husband, and she made it her mission to introduce Americans to the wonders of French cuisine.
